My “characters” are usually banshees, ghosts and other phantom-like creatures. Sometimes they are me, other times they are people I’ve known who have passed”¦ and some, I don’t know at all”¦ new friends that I get to know over time. My landscapes and geysers bring me hope, and that’s really the only reason why I paint them. I sort of drift from one thing to the next, whatever is bringing me maximum hope at the time.
