Brandon Maldonado holds a BFA from College of Santa Fe, but considers himself primarily self taught by the example of old master painters such as Jan Van Eyck and Dominique Ingres. As a child his imagination was sparked by the Star Wars galaxy and the monsters of Michael Jackson’s Thriller.
