I was born in the small town called Shimizu, Shizuoka, Japan. Then I moved to the United States when I was almost twelve years old with my mother and brother. I spent my middle school to college years in beautiful Northern California where I graduated from San Jose State University with BFA Pictorial Arts degree.
I’ve been passionate about drawing since I was little. My mother was a seamstress who shared the creative atmosphere and supported me all the time. I became more serious about drawing when I began my college years. I drew intensely everyday while going to school. I started my project miniminiaturemouse in early 2004 and been active ever since.
