Effie Pryer is an artist who has studied UTAS and then further Masters in Conservation at University Melbourne and in Europe. She has demonstrated a high level of ability and has received awards and accreditation on a national level including RACT Portraiture Prize, Manning Prize and Qantas Young Achievers Art Awards.
