Pierre Schmidt, aka “Drømsjel”, was born in Ruhrgebiet, Germany and currently lives and works in Berlin. Pierre’s work consists mostly of quirky psychedelic collages and illustrations using retro figures.
His work ?oats freely between illustration and collage, traditional and digital. Pierre splices vintage photographs of well-groomed ladies and gentlemen that evoke the standards of 20th-century propriety, turning them into bastions of surreal visions.
