Kathy attended the Philadelphia College of Art. Lived and worked in New York City as an Illustrator for 10 years before deciding to concentrate solely on painting. Lived in Roxbury, Connecticut for a time, then moved to Los Angeles, California where she now lives and works with husband and fellow artist Todd Schorr.

"I tend to agree with "who" that this style seems to get rehashed by many different artists. Sometimes I find it hard to differentiate one artist's work from another. I've only seen a handful of people that take this style and consistently produce amazing/unique work. That being said, There are some nice pieces on her website but nothing I'm all that impressed with."
